Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds and returns. Please be sure you’re willing to commit to your order before placing an order. We are unable to accept claims for wines that have already been opened. We have no way of authenticating claims once the cork has been pulled from the bottle, we therefore cannot offer credits or accept returns for bottles that have been opened. If there is a problem with your order at the time of delivery please contact us as soon as possible so we may attempt to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
